Position:  CM/Admin Assistant

Job Responsibilities:  Provide configuration management duties by adhering to FES ISO-9001 processes for covered duties including releasing documents, W.A.D.s, drawings, P.W.O.s, and software versions as well as tracking and completion of Bill of Materials, and parts tracking.  Prepare and submit with Quality Engineer and Manufacturing planning data packages for deliverable items to contract requirements and due dates.  Provide support of department by providing administrative support tasks including document production, filing, organization and control of office supplies, archiving, mail services, and travel arrangements for department personnel.  Must adapt quickly to changing customer and FES corporate and continuous improvements needs.  Must adhere to ISO and FES Quality System processes and procedures.  Attend training in FES company procedures and required/recommended document/data control training. 

Minimum Qualifications:  High School Diploma or Equiv.  College degree not required but post high-school education is recommended.

Related Work Experience Required: Work under mentorship of Naval and Aerospace Document Producers and Configuration Managers.  Demonstrated initiative to get working tasks completed within schedule and company constraints.  Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), work with FES data bases and demonstrated typing proficiency required.

 Special skills or abilities required:  Windows platform MS Office Suite of applications, PC Platform experience, and database entry capability.  Use of binding and labeling tools required.
