Enhanced Tools for Customer Interface

In an effort to increase affordability, FES has invested in a video conferencing system. This is a PolyCom ViewStation MP (Multi-Point) and is fully inter-operable with existing videoconferencing systems that support H.320.

Our I.T. department maintains a Windows Share Point server, which allows secure exchange of files, drawings, schedules and other agendas with our customers via the internet.

Frontier also utilizes a toll free teleconferencing system.
